Liana Cross-Muller

Professional Art Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I work with teens and adults to provide art-based therapeutic exploration to support anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, identity and mental health concerns.
Together we can hold space for emotional clarity, gain a greater awareness of self identity and support meaningful change and growth.

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is the combination of creative expression and psychological theory. Through a variety of materials including paint, clay, fibre and markers, we explore thoughts, feelings and bahaviours in a therapeutic way. The focus is on the process of creating and no specific skills are required. Art therapy provides a less intrusive way to communicate and examine aspects of the self, release strong emotions and support healing.
